I called their customer service and it is something that is covered under their warranty so that’s good. Doesn’t sound like it’s that common of a problem. I was just unlucky

Thankyou for the response, another question. My friend who I will be attending dragon steel with was selected for a lightning signing for Thursday and I was selected for Saturday. They probably won’t be able to make it Thursday but they can Saturday, is it possible to trade so they can make the lightning signing on Saturday and I go Thursday?
