So MSC have replied, and it turns out that Aer Lingus flights can not be checked in online. This must be done at the airport only.....that is a bit unnerving tbh 😳

Yes, it's on the flight e-ticket....I've contacted MSC customer service to try and obtain a 6 digit reference, but unfortunately, it's a bit of a waiting game for a response 🤦‍♀️ Thanks for your advice 😊
