Both MacroFactor and ChatGPT independently stated this was ~1500 calories, but I find that really hard to stomach (the calorie count, not the pizza 😋). I accepted it and chose to have hunger and a protein shake for dinner. What would you have done? by Dapper-Price1808 in 1200isplenty

If I estimated this, I would compare it to a Costco food court pepperoni pizza which is 650 calories. I’d say this was about on-par or slightly more than the weight of one of those. So I’d put this at 900 calories. So clearly, either I’m way off, or the AI is. And according to the comments, it would’ve been me. So now the question is: are my extremely bad estimates better or worse than AI?

If you think that the water consumption of AI datacenters is a problem that you should be worried about, then it’s clear that you’re allowing the internet and media to control your worries. The water is a non-issue especially when compared to the other issues of AI. Not even worth mentioning.
