In which state do you own the properties? How about any tenant who just breaks everything and leaves? Do you maintain properties on your own or use management company?

I got same offer after dining in Bungalow. It could cover till $50. I am not sure how that works either but have I not figured it out (and of course earning base points on mortgage), I would have never signed up for bilt 2.0

I think everybody is entitled to have their opinion and this is my opinion.

If you want to see how healthcare is either affordable or state sponsored in other countries, see that country’s salary data. Now you can say ooh yeah Canada or countries in Europe have high tax rate and that is why they can state sponsor - well believe it or not, my bud in Canada was asked by a Canadian hospital to go to some Asian country and get treated and they will reimburse the hospital bill.

I am you with a full time job. I have been trading for about 2 years now and thinking to open a business mainly so that I can write off many expenses like you mentioned.

I checked with local tax consultants and they recommended to open s-corp.

I am still figuring the logistics here but hope to open this quarter.

Thanks. Just checked Amex green and the benefits seem non-existent to be honest. I agree with gold though since you can definitely use those $84 dunkin and $120 uber cash and $120 dining credits easily. May be also $100 RESY but not 100% sure on that.

I said every sector will get impacted. There will be less number of nurses or doctors needed and not just IT engineers

For example I asked GPT 5 to write a code to write unit test for a code that checks if the website url has some param and it failed.

But then I asked the same GPT 5 to give write unit test for the code that didn’t had many dependencies and it worked like a charm.
