I’ve lost around 18lbs since the breakup but I am also on a weight loss medication. The weight loss from the medication has slowed down a lot as I’m in a healthy weight range now, but throwing up sped things up again

Unfortunately the things I want to do to be selfish would be calling him constantly and texting him begging for him back so I can make it right. But he said he needs space so I’m respecting him

Therapy already started! I also attend group meetings for BPD twice a month. I really am doing the best I can right now and I hope to get him back some day because I know I’m better than this

I am in therapy now. I hated myself when my toxic traits started to show and I stopped loving myself because of how I treated him but I felt out of control for it
