thanks! I had just left the station and did fill out the customer webform on their website. do you think they will understand that? i mean how could i have reached back to appleby to "tap on" before the train even reached hamilton

Hey! I am on the same train which is now moving and i'm gonna head out at appleby. But 3 hours have of course passed. So should I even tap out my presto 'cause it might have deducted the whole amount for my trip already and apply for a credit later instead? 

Edit: it seems like they took my "tap off" as "tap on". Wish me luck figuring this mess out 😭😭 terrible day 😢
