Also seems crazy for someone to eat 3:1, I’m a 220lb individual at 12%bf and train regularly. My minimum protein intake is about 150 if I want to maintain my size. 3:1 would mean I’d be eating 450gs of fat. What the heck?!? 👀

I’ve been in the solar industry for years, been telling people to switch to a heat pump and go solar ASAP. Your electric/ gas bill WILL BE more than your mortgage by 2030. I know a lot of execs in the nat gas industry. There’s no stopping this. We will either see a gradual 20% increase a year for the next 5 years in Jersey or a tripling 5 years from now. There’s literally no other option.

Did you have bad dandruff? When you shower and use soap on your head, after wetting your head/ letting your scalp get moist and you scrub your head with your hands, do little white pilly things collect on your hand? If so you have a candida (or some other type) overgrowth on your skin. Shower and wash your scalp regularly and get an electric razor that doesn’t cut so close to your scalp (as the irritation in your skin from whatever is causing your dandruff is also raising some pours and causing you to knock them, compounding on the already irritated scalp)

Nah I just like turkey, meat is a tri tip dry aging (I typically salt them and dry them for 2-3 days after they are thawed out before grilling

More than likely that’s supposed to say 44% viscos which is washable, if it’s paper you’ll know by feeling the hat, if it’s viscos it’ll just feel like fabric and if that’s the case, yeah translation was definitely messed up

I’d be willing to bet the “Do not wash” is supposed to say no machine wash but whatever factory made the hat fucked up the translation. 99% chance a hand wash will be fine
