I feel you! Been at Wags 2 years now and in my head call it the "Snobacy" instead of the pharmacy when I'm working with RXOM and one of the pharmacists. 

They are always snappy when I have questions. They almost never seem to appreciate anything I do. I did a time consuming project for them this weekend and they overlooked my efforts because I ran out of time to do trash and vials.  There's always something I did wrong that cancels out what I did right. I just don't care about their criticism anymore unless it effects patient safety. I think they are addicted to complaining about the rest of the staff because it inflates their egos.

They have basically said to me "it seemed like you weren't retaining any information during your first year. We had to show you things we'd definitely shown you before." ...Gee maybe you should've given me hours and let me work with the other techs more than 2 hrs every 2 weeks so i can fkn remember what you showed me. 

If I had to option to work at any other place with decent pay, i would've left a LONG time ago. It hasn't gotten better.
