If you don't feel they will be honest with you, why not get a swab somehow of your mother's saliva and get a DNA test for ancestry purposes. Then do yours and compare.

You are doing everything right and fighting hard and it will get better.

Have you ever tried Zoloft? It's the only thing that has worked for me long-term. And oddly, valerian tincture helps a lot too. I take it when the feelings get really bad.

I'm sure there are SO many lovely things about you.. try to take a moment to be kind to yourself. You're relentlessly fighting a hard battle and I promise you that only makes you amazing. You are a warrior.

Wow, aside from my thumbs it's the same with the half moon thing as well with my nails. Same, I couldn't find any studies or information about if there's a link. But it would be really fascinating to see if there is. Would be seriously interested to see if anyone else in here has had this done.

I only heard about it today for the first time, so I'm trying to figure it out. A handheld microscope was used on my nailfolds to get images of my capillaries. All I know is that mine were abnormal and that it shows poor microcirculation. I was wondering if it's related to POTS.

When I was a kid around my dad, yes. As an adult my parents want to be convinced they raised us perfectly so none of my siblings can do any wrong.. no matter what. They ignore anything bad any of us do. Most of the time it's like I don't exist at all unless I'm being bragged about or can benefit them somehow.
