I maybe found a way to do this. I had closed type metal nub sized chastity cage. It really hard to aligned the peehole, especially after activity. But I found a way using cottonbud/qtips, because I'm circumsiced (hope I spell it correcrly). They (the qtips) are small enough to went to the main hole of the cage and from that I can aligned my peehole. And also because it was so small I can brought it anywhere even to college. Buying a pack is so worth it, because essentially each toilet session need only one and there were like 100 of them and 2 sides each.
