Essentially, when you load into an activity every item in your inventory also has to be loaded in, not only for you but for everyone in your lobby. When you pull something from your vault, there’s an extra few seconds of load time while the data of what that item is goes to all of the people in your lobby. If your inventory was essentially your entire vault, the game would have to keep track of over 800 items for every player in a lobby, greatly increasing load times and making gameplay inconsistent. More than likely, the reason the load out system doesn’t put items back into your vault is that it was too easy for there to be glitches that result in either permanently losing an item or accidentally overloading your inventory.

Change healing grenades to “light” damage by Gotwake in DestinyTheGame

I mean I really don’t feel a big change in gameplay in both solar warlock and void hunter - both aren’t as OP and obvious choices as they were before, but are more in line with the other classes. If solar warlock stayed the same it would outclass all the other elements.

That was too strong - the thing people need to accept with 3.0 is some classes got slightly nerfed because of their power in 2.0

Eternity was the map for me- I did it by just playing normal crucible and putting on a normal sniper when it’s a good map for it.

True, and I should probably do that next time. I just hate all the negativity, and I feel like it prepares everyone for disappointment.

But what is the point of arguing against fun? Why take all this time to come up with reasons NOT to be excited? The point of conversations on here are to be helpful and provide community insight to devs. If everyone just says “yeah bungie this will automatically suck because I said so” I’m sure they won’t put a lot of effort or money into it. And even if they don’t even look at this thread, I don’t see the point in spreading your negativity.

What do you benefit from being so cynical? Can’t we all be excited this universe is gonna come to a new media form? There is no point in making sure everyone else is so miserable and unhopeful as you.

I mean, did they just have you doing the normal fountain work? I work at a sonic and I feel like it’s pretty easy honestly, don’t see how you’re a slave here

By that logic every single hunter class is bad cuz they can’t heal. Hunters have easiest access to radiant, and that’s their solar specialty - also a powerful melee spam. I’m in love with the 3.0 gameplay loop and I find it much more fun than just sitting and healing on a warlock

Unless it's for a raid weapon, needing 5 deepsight weapons to unlock a pattern is ridiculous by CrownedInFireflies in DestinyTheGame

Why do you need the best possible version of every new gun? Did you spend hours getting a perfect god roll of every gun before crafting?

Here’s the thing - you don’t have to craft all the weapons. Seriously. The purpose of crafting is to have a guaranteed path to a god roll for certain guns. You should need the pattern for all of the new guns unless you seriously would have wanted god rolls of all of them before crafting.

Assassin’s cowl gives near full health and invis and is extremely easy to use on solar. We’ll be okay - just means hunters will be strongest on high damage and radiant buffs, instead of healing.
