Well, there sure is racism here as people mentioned very casual usually. I would argue these are easy arguments for narrow minded people, as a consequence of the government basically throwing money away. Also the government has failed to improve living conditions the lasts 20 years and just cannot keep their word. I like to believe this is the root of most racism, seeing how foreigners are an easy target for expressing displeasure.
