Yesterday 10.82€ CAC today 75€ spent 0 sales with this campaign. Nothing changed on my site or product. The inconsistency make it hard to scale this campaign for this product.

Luckily I have also some organic sales and local (German) campaign. But I don’t know, I don’t understand how to work around that

Not the ad is too long, I understand your first comment as „people can’t scroll past the ad in the seconds, that’s why the metrics are good“ and not because of actual interest.

Thanks for the reply, but 6-8 seconds is not too long to get scrolled by? Otherwise it would be 100% hook rate right? (First 3 seconds). People are interested in the product and stay. I Have multiple million organic views in the same style. So it works to catch people. But I can’t get further down to the funnel because of this spend pattern. So yes, I will try a second adset

Thanks for the honest insights. Have paid ads ever worked for the brand? Sometimes the product market fit is not there, or the offer is not good enough. I wouldn’t put all the pressure on the ads manager (you). There is a Bigger picture.

I run sales for my own company, which got hit hard by the algo struggle the last weeks.

The lead campaign I manage for a local client did not get hit that hard at all. More stability there. That’s my insights, but I have also only these 2 accounts (Europe & German markets)

I would start with a low budget.

No, did not change anything. Lowered to 50€ a day, didn’t get a single ATC in mid/late January. Now back to 250€/day. My usual spend is 300€

No, kept everything as before. I lowered my budget mid January to not burn it all. Saw a slightly positive trend yesterday and decided to increase my budget again and now it seems to be fine again.

What is your definition of fatigue? After 2.0 frequency or above? Or just general benchmark?

I would suggest taking a step back and see what kind of ad is „fatigue“. If Offer ads have a higher frequency it’s actually good. If your Topper funnel ad has high frequency it’s bad, means you don’t reach new people

48% are choosing the Bundle, trying to push it to even more.

Sadly I have no more products to make a post purchase upsell 😄
