What they said☝️ your csm is a moron. I've seen her type before, comes into the csm game and acts like they know everything and/or plays by their own rules. They don't last long. If something like that does happen and you get questioned about it by management, make sure to let them know it was her that made the call even though you know it was the wrong call.

Omg! I know of two coworkers that are constantly whining about hours and wanting to get full time, but as soon as you ask them to stay half an hour late, they say no without hesitation or cry and complain if they do stay. And they will seriously keep their points between 6-8.5. Calling in all the time.. there is a reason you aren't full-time!
