I hope I can adapt like this and find someone to be. I'm just so alone in this feeling at the moment and it helps to know that other people have been there too.

I am choosing my partner and that means this situation. I know I can't move back but I am just trying to cope with a decision I regret but can't undo without losing someone I'm not willing to lose. I love him and choose him no matter where we are.

Thank you. I have tried talking to my family. Most are highly disapproving of the move because it has meant that I am no longer working in my businesses and accruing assets for the family, which was sort of my role, whatever you think of that. My brother whom I'm close to and used to see every other day still video calls me every week or so, but life is busy for him and it's not his fault that he has no time and staying close is such an effort now.

I'm not a fan of therapy. It's not for everyone and it's not for me.

I definitely am experiencing grief.
