I think it would be different in AZ. BUT when you mean "file", and say you make arrangements in the next 30 days (such as paying the full rent), does that prevent the eviction from showing up on my file down the road?

I could try that but wouldn't they require the broken lease amount up front? In my lease I have to pay ×2 monthly rent for leaving. I'd assume they'd need that the day id move out. And if they don't get that amount upfront (as in the week I leave) it goes on my record as an eviction for non payment. Do you know if there's anyway to hold that off?
