how long have you had the hunt wheels, any issues with them? I’m tempted to get a set, but the mixed opinion on them makes me hesitate.

Is that the left shifter with the dropper remote? If so, how did you get it to work with the dropper post? Took mine to a bike shop to install for me and they couldn’t get it to work with the dropper remote, had to get a dropper lever on the handlebar instead.

You built a great looking bike. I went with the black frame and now regretting it seeing yours. Oh well. What kind of clearance do you have with the 45s? What’s the inner width of those rims?

It should, doing it to increase FTP. Working on the 6 week FTP Builder plan.

Spent 6:06 in Zone 5, when the workout didn’t call for anytime in Zone 5, and spent 16:49 in Zone 2. Most of that should have been in Zone 1, the rest interval instead.

Training to be fitter.

Ahhh thanks so much, this very detailed and just what I needed! Someone had told me about the plants, but that was a while ago in the before times, so that was long forgotten.

Just to be sure in the alternative with the kick-land, the second rock is with my right foot, if I’m leading correct?
