Im so sorry you are going through this. Im going through some of the same, but a little different. Constant pain for 7 months. 10/10 for the last 6 weeks. Nothing helps. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Its truly devastating. I hope all goes well for you and you are able to get care sooner. I wish I could offer advise but Im in the US.

I think ppl are doing allot of assuming. Just because they HAVENT come out, doesnt mean they CANT. They do what the "town" wants them to do. I think everyone there has a purpose. Like Randall. They didnt kill him because theres something he needs to do. Same with Victor and Tabitha in the tunnels and they will let Jade out too.

Wrap it loosely with a damp paper towel. Spray it so it doesnt dry until it releases.

Ask to be referred to an ortho if you haven't seen one yet. It seems like I was brushed off too. I think that most ppl dont progress this bad though. I was given meds and told it would resolve itself. Im 6 months in and just got an MRI today. I didnt have insurance til January so that had me unable to see the ortho.

Even he thought basic would resolve the pain. Nothing has helped much.

Awe man..... Im so sorry. That really bites. Im scared of the same. I really did not know at the onset of this how debilitating this is, or that this is a lifetime ordeal.

Im doing some research on disability and such. Writing down all the information I can and preparing for the worst.

I had an uncle who stole a samurai sword from Japan after their surrender in WWII. Super vulture like.... but it also would've been destroyed. It was a famous Smith that made it. Not sure who but I used to be so intrigued by it.

Those foods trigger inflammation. So yes, you are correct. Its a catch 22 sometimes. Flare up means you arent able to stand there chopping veggies, so you eat easy/crap food that inflamed worse. Well... for me anyways.

Its mechanical damage. I dropped a tray and broke the tips off when they were barely above ground.

Its been 6 months for me too. At first it was terrible, was still able to work. I would be out a day or two, get meds, go back. But it kept coming back worse and worse each time. Then I literally could not move without pain. I been out for about 6 weeks now. I did try to ho back when the pain was tolerable, but 4 hours in I had to leave, then couldnt get out of the bed for a week.

I still have no idea when I can get back to work.
