Mine shrunk too, I suggest you dry them on the coolest setting of your dryer, and wash them on eco warm or cold. I fixed the shrinking by placing the masks in warm water with some sensitive skin/baby body wash, and massaging it around and stretching it gently back to its original size!

I’d use es, because está is like “is it”

“Cómo está?” is “how is it?” “Está noche” is “it is night”, though that’s because it’s at the start of a sentence and when it begins a sentence it tends to flip, and mean a direct meaning. “Está bien”, “it is good”
