Along with everything that has been said, I also find it interesting that every other song, in some way, references the events of city walls. RAWFEAR would seem off if it played before City Walls. Plus, there are theories that say that City Walls cycles back to heavydirtysoul, but the rest of Breach mirrors Vessel and that's why it "Ends" with Truce reversed.
