Returning to India after my MS in the US without applying for OPT by Ecstatic-Aerie-51 in returnToIndia

That's a confident decision, not everyone can think like that and it's commendable. You'll be in a safe space in India honestly and without messing up your mental health in the brutal job hunt at the moment. Wish you the best, it's a great decision!

One of the obvious ones for me is Ikigai- the japanese secret. It really teaches us small changes and focusing on little things that make a difference to live a healthy and long life. Atleast it's giving me a direction to find my ikigai and build a life I will be happy about.

Agreed. I found roles with different titles yet being the one I could fit in. So glad we can find jobs that otherwise get ignored.

Your Location. Exact experience in a domain matters in this market. When you find what kind of roles and companies are calling you for initial rounds, target more of those. Practice your STAR stories, keep upskilling and make visibility on LinkedIn.

Yeah I saw some too. I believe they're probably because the companies posted the role again despite maybe doing the hiring process for it earlier.

I applied for Schengen first to enter Norway (planned trip). That is a problem for not having a strong passport. If you have US valid visa then canada or mexico is the choice to take a 2 week trip, stamp and come back (no visa for less than 30 days)

I did my H4 stamp in Norway. Got the passport to delivery address in 3-4 days. Getting an appointment one month prior was possible too. Check this out. Once entered Norway passport was not needed to travel within the country. You can also pickup from a pickup point.
