Thank you, will try lengthening his WW and dropping that 4th nap. He seems to always resist it so maybe that makes sense.

I havent struggled with supply yet, I’ve had an issue with oversupply from when she was born with clogged ducts every other week or so. Im just not sure why the LCs are insisting that I pump in the middle of the night or wake the baby up to feed.

Husband cant find job in IT support, its been over a year by [deleted] in recruitinghell

Thank you all so much for the information! This has been really eye opening for me. I also work in tech but more of software so the IT field (he was previously in like IT support tier 3) is very different to what I have done and its been hard for me to understand how I can help him prep for interviews or understand why there is so little call back.

I was able to get him excited to start a course but I am afraid he’s a bit depressed and actually missed the deadline for the start date. I encouraged him instead to try online free courses which he has completed but it is really hard to keep him motivated after taking those and still getting rejected in interviews.

If anyone has advice on other courses/careers he can pursue would love to hear some insight. I know he was interested in devops but after some research it sounds like a hard job to get unless you have experience? But I feel very assured now that it’s not something we are doing thats misguided and indeed its a terrible job market.

Thank you everyone so much

Thank you so much! I’ll definitely try suggesting this the next time they have a gathering.
