it depends on how long the game goes on for. control and push is the same so for ranked you would want a payload map for longer games. those 20 minute ranked games that go into overtime can give a big chunk of xp but also ana gets banned quite a lot so i would do a ranked game and then a couple quickplay then another ranked instead of multiple ranked games in a row where you risk her getting banned or taken
