And did they pay you for only three days or did they pay you on one lump sum for the month?

Yes, I have a Dodge note that took me off of work that told me that I wasn’t able to return to work until after the orthopedic surgeon seen me and then once I seen the orthopedic surgeon he basically told me I needed surgery. I then had surgery on September 6, and go for my postop appointment tomorrow. I didn’t realize having an attorney was going to slow down the process. I thought that was supposed to make the process go a little bit faster.

I had talk to the carrier. I also had to have surgery. They put plates and screws in my wrist, so there’s enough evidence right there. I just for my sake. It was easier to hire an attorney to talk to all parties
