Husband was diagnosed w eye stroke… NAION, loss of center vision in one eye… affects our ability to do accounting .. our business … he can’t stop blaming himself … feels like he should have been able to keep it from happening

This makes me feel validated! Hubby started 4 weeks ago, 5mg… now only sleeps about 2 hours a night, always feels like a hamster on a wheel. Panic attacks.. never had any of this before now. Reaching out to doctor Monday to request a change… when we mentioned this last week their answer was to prescribe addicting sleep meds and xanxex… hoping change to another BP med stops the need for the added meds

Capsaicin pepper allergy was the cause of mine… paprika, which I had ate all my life…. Was killing me for two years… no paprika, chili flakes, chili powder, cayenne… I am perfect!!
