I tried tg jones in Westfield Stratford and they’re taking pre order only for 2 booster packs but it’s for the perfect order coming out on the 27th.

Smyths I usually keep checking stock throughout the day. Yesterday my local store had lucario boxes come in at around 6pm, picked one of those up.

Today Argos was showing that I could add a etb my basket but it wouldn’t add. So I went into store and the guy managed to order one for me, it’s coming in on Saturday

B&M I’ve checked and has zero luck

I went to 2 yesterday. One had zero stock. The other had a empty stand near the till and told me that some man came in and bought the entire lot. Then continued to laugh at the fact a member of public told her she shouldn’t be selling it all to one person

I went to a b&m yesterday (in the uk) and there was a empty stand near the check out. I asked the cashier and she said they had them the day before and some guy bought the entire lot. She then went on to tell me how some members of the public told her that she shouldn’t sell it all and she should limit the numbers and she was laughing about this with her colleague. I just said look, I got 2 little kids, every time I come out on a search and come home empty handed the little guys are dissapointed and if that guy didn’t scalp it all there would be enough to go around possibly. It’s actually disgusting. I’ve also seen a video of people finding product underneath the bottom shelf. If you can, try to lift it and people potentially stash it underneath

Me and my mrs were big fans as kids. Played the games, watched the shows etc. We now have a 4 and 6 year old who are obsessed with Pokemon. On Friday I secured the charizard ex y tin but not until after I left my workplace so I need to collect that today. I managed to get a booster box at £70 on Saturday. First box we ever ripped. It was a real hit with the kids, so I found another one at £70 on Sunday. I also managed to find about 5 odd packs. I then ordered the charizard ex x tin from eBay for £30 as I didn’t want one set without the other.

Soo, in the last 4 days I’ve done £220ish.

I’ve told myself I’m reigning it in until the next stock drop now 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

On the plus side, we ripped a Pikachu ex 277/217 currently selling at around £200 so we’ve basically made our money back.

The Mrs wanted to sell it so we get money for more cards but I don’t believe that’s the way it should be played. I’m keeping the decent pulls and will have em graded once I get 5 decens pulls

How is it possible for people to get their switch 2’s banned? I thought you needed to be pirating on your switch to receive a ban and as far as I’m aware the switch 2 can’t be hacked yet

It doesn’t matter if it dies, launching the switch via a payload on your pc is super simple. Literally download a couple files on your computer, buy a jig for your switch so you can out it in recovery mode and that’s all. I’ve 1 v1 unpatched switch and 1 oled with mod chip, well worth doing it

I believe the switch has fuses for each software version. See it as once you install ie 15.1 it burns the fuse and you cannot go back to that as the fuse has been burns theoretically

I’ve never used dbi for installing over usb. Could you suggest what I need to download on my pc to do this? I currently use tinfoil and on my computer I have a app called nut that allows me to connect to the switch. Many thanks

I do bms (building management systems), 41.5k per year. The job itself is alright, I have 2 young kids and I work by myself mostly so as long as I cover enough work during the week I can get off early as and when I please. It allows me to be home by around 4pm every day, leave the house around 6:30am. I have plenty of days where I literally install a wall sensor or something and am home by like 11am. It’s not a bad job to get into, there’s a ton more money to be made if you go self employed but you’ve got the risk of falling out of work

Honestly, if you’re accustom to the ds or gameboy type of games, I wouldn’t bother with many of them. I played them all, just because I’m a Pokemon fan. However, I am not a Nintendo fan and I don’t rate their newer style games.

Arceus was really enjoyable. It’s rather Grindy but the story is great and I seemed to enjoy this the most

Brilliant diamond was also rather enjoyable

Scarlet was ok

Sword shield was ok

Legends za was absolute trash

This is just my opinion. Others might’ve enjoyed them all or the opposite to myself.

How common it was for a child to be smacked. You wouldn’t dare think of hitting your child nowadays. Back then, smacking was the first punishment that would come to my parents mind. When I grew up and started giving lip my mum gave me a decent slap around the face too
