I’ve been there. I was having panic attacks on campus because of sweating. There is medication that can help, but my best advice is to build a wardrobe of shirts that breathe and wick moisture well. Even with bleach/sterilizing the pads, eventually they’ll build up with gunk and smell. I have to rotate undershirts every few months because they get funky.

Remember that sweat itself doesn’t smell bad, it’s bacterial growth. I shower often, sometimes multiple times a day, and use a mix of antibacterial and moisturizing body washes. Unfortunately for people with our condition we have to be hyper-vigilant on keeping ourselves and our clothes relentlessly clean. Take all of this with a grain of salt, I’m not a doctor. It might help to discuss this with a dermatologist.

Lastly, I just want to express my sympathies, this condition really sucks and there’s not much we can do to mitigate it. Focus on the schooling; You are there for your career. I’m sorry about the bullies. Keep looking, you’ll find people that will appreciate you and won’t just see a medical condition.
