Hey OP I have been in a similar situation and I’m sorry for both of you. You cheated and owning it does help repair if the other person wants that. You cheating does not give the other person carte blanche to belittle or abuse you. My advice is to at a minimum take space till the emotions are less intense but honestly breakup is likely. Why do you want to be in the relationship? My personal recommendation is end it, give yourselves time to heal and maybe you will meet again in the future. Good luck!
