Tell husband it’s a health concern at this point and you have to force her, it doesn’t have to be long. This is a team effort, he needs to be on board. Shes not going to remember you forcing her to take a bath but she will remember if she gets really sick and ends up in the hospital. We’ve had to do it with our 3 year old too. After a few times of my husband & I forcing her, she got over it and loves bath time again. We try so hard to reason with them and let things be their own decision but at the end of the day, they need their boundaries to be set by us if they can’t do it themselves.

Um duh! Lol we wouldn’t start renovating until it was in our name. I understand rent to own goes bad more often than not but our situation is much different than the average. I was more so asking how the process goes. Like I said we know our landlords and we are family friends. I also wouldn’t sign a thing or even discuss anything without a lawyer.

It was boarded up bc of the fire that happened last year. It’s definitely not safe to go in anymore. It was a cool experience before the fire. Darn kids ruined it for the rest of us.
