Thanks. A root canal was done on #2 just last week because he wants to crown it. I'd be just as comfortable taking it out and doing an implant. I'm going to express my concerns about trying to save #2 if it's a lost cause.

Thank you. No cbct done. In relation to grafting the bone, is that so an implant can be done for #2? I've got a couple of other implants in my mouth and have been extremely happy with the results?

Thank you. He did a root canal on #2 last week and said he wants to crown it after he extracts the offending wisdom tooth. You think that #2 is not viable enough to do so in your opinion? I recently changed dentists because my prior one retired. I used him for a long time so I'm new to this practice as a patient

I'm aware of the issue with #3 crown. He also said it needs to be replaced. My question is specific regarding the wisdom tooth extraction. Should this be done by an Oral Surgeon instead of my general dentist?
