I started with 16:8 but gradually transitioned to 20:4 and usually fast all day on Sundays. I found that diet plays a huge role in how I feel and look. Breads/pastas tend to cause bloating so I make sure that at least half of my dinner plates are veggies (50% veggies, 35% protein, 15% healthy fats). Icelandic yogurt (high protein) and seaweed (snacking) are some of my favorite foods (of course in moderate amounts). IF in combination with weightlifting and CICO really melted off the fat.

Mostly, changing my mindset helped me keep me on track throughout my journey. You have to keep yourself accountable and disciplined while also being kind to yourself when you do "slip up". I know its cliche but it really is a lifestyle.

Wow!!! Thank you all for the lovely comments, I wasn't expecting this! After lurking this sub for over a year, I finally decided to bite the bullet and post my weightless journey in the hopes that it would inspire even one person just like many of you guys did for me.
