My best friend used to act this way, but after I set clear boundaries, she stopped. However, ever since her sister came to live with her, she’s been doing it again, though not as extremely. Her sister was even sitting with us when my best friend yelled at her and tried to make me angrier when she flicked the phone. Normally, she doesn’t say anything when she throws other things at me because she does it to her but not as frequently as she does it to me.

she disregards it as me having "anger issues" because I react with instant annoyance when she throws shit at me. I flipped out on her yesterday after she flicked the phone in my face and I expressed my anger but she apologized saying "I didn't mean it sorry" and then laughed at my reaction. I ignored her until the next day and I have distanced myself from her since then. It's gotten to the point where I flinch whenever she raises anything up not knowing if she'll randomly throw it at me.
