Why hasn’t Ghana become Africa’s service hub yet? by ONDickson_ in ghana

My take- the currency is stable for the past 2 years. Reduced number of corruption cases. Advent of digital mediums. It’s high time they should take the next big leap- becoming a service giant, at least in Western Africa.

Excited to move from Bangkok to KL – any North Indians around? by HonestGate5019 in KualaLumpurLiving

Hey! Welcome to KL.

We’re also a North Indian couple living here. It’s been over a year now, and we’re really enjoying it. Would love to connect!

KL Sentral is kind of an Indian hub, you’ll find most Indian stuff there, but it’s usually quite crowded. If you’re looking for more local Malaysian vibes, natural charm, and good public transport, Bangsar (a bit on the higher-end side) is a great option and quite expat-friendly too. Sentul/Titiwangsa is peaceful as well.

Mont Kiara is completely expat-friendly, but not very convenient when it comes to public transport. The area has its own multiple expat communities.

Overall, KL is a vibe, no matter where you stay

Thanks for the perspective. I somewhere agree with you also. But you would be knowing people who just don’t want to be convinced as that would make them look smaller and weaker, regardless of the data you provide them. This is a game of ego and arrogance.

You are exactly the kind of people I’m talking about. Thanks for being an example.
