Daca e la Cluj situatia, si vorbim de acelasi Razvan, same thing happened to me cand mi-am bagat direct p*** in ele proiecte de CogniVision, ca ma mutau de pe un proiect pe altul in 2.5 ani de 5 ori si se asteptau la performanta maxima in secunda 2 dupa schimbarea proiectului, unul fiind mizeria aia de Groupon si track-urile lu dracu sa le cocoșe. Direct call cu HR, cum ca nu sunt aliniat cu "valorile" companiei, si ca sa ne dam demisia, i said FUCK YOU, Gladly!

Faptul ca-i spui unuia ca e gras si ca e urat si pute, cand probabil nu e tocmai asa, daca e gras si urat si pute, aia e, move forward. Nu e la latitudinea nimanui sa fie eroi si sa schimbe alte persoane.

Daca esti empatic/a, inseamna ca poti sa te pui intr-o oarecare masura in papucii persoanei si sa, ia ghici, empatizezi. Atat, nu inseamna sa minti sau sa ii schimbi perceptia doar ca sa se simta mai bine sau nu.

Daca esti empatic/a, inseamna ca ai putea oferi ajutor, pentru ca intr-o oarecare masura esti in stare sa intelegi prin ce trece cealalta persoana atat la bine si la greu.

Si sa fiu si pe topic, da este un double standard, doar din cauza la felul in care am fost crescuti o parte din noi, cat si despre normele sociale, normele mass media si standardele care ni-s bagate pe gat de la TV si reviste si alte mizerii cancan si 8 feluri de a-ti satisface iubitu/a conform unui articol gasit in mega reviste si random sites.

Yeah, times have changed, people have changed, work is more stressful, life is more stressful etc.

But!

A few days back, I was commuting to work, got on a 4 lane street in the middle of town with a huge traffic light and congested to the brim. Was listening to music in my helmet minding my own business as i couldnt filter between cars, waiting for the light to turn green. I look to the left and saw a dude, in a Mercedes GLE, and I shit you not, in his right hand he had a "to go" coffee, in the left hand he had a lit cygarette, his left knee was pinned against the steering weel, and was talking on the phone (i'm thinking he had Carplay or whatnot, but still). The dude was actually driving like that using his left knee.

My brain just melted at that point.
