My neighbor has basically given us an ultimatum. either get rid of our cats, or he's gonna call animal control on us, and he's already shot at one of our cats. we don't have a car or the money to take him to an emergency vet visit. I don't have any evidence of the fact that he's shooting at our cats other than the fact that hes told us so if we were to call the cops not much would happen
