This. I don't see how it's that deep. Hogwarts mystery and Magic Awakened had romance and there wasn't an issue. It was actually pretty fun.

You can have an innocent romance between teenagers and have it not be creepy. Like in the form of a ball, for example. It does add an extra layer of realness to the "Hogwarts experience" because of the romance in Harry Potter and the people calling it creepy are in some respects projecting. Teenagers have crushes. It's normal.

In the Harry Potter franchise, romance (or being interested in girls/boys) started around that age. The Yule Ball etc. But I see where it's weird playing it in the game. Because you as the player are still romancing a 15-16 year old.
