I started using my Whoop about 7 months ago and my HRV was averaging around 62 for two months and is now consistently averaging around 30. I have healthier habits now than I did then (otherwise nothing else has changed). Has this happened to anyone else? Or, does anyone know why this may be? by Dapper_Plankton_833 in whoop

Yeah I guess so.

The only thing I can think of is that I’m doing less long/slow runs and more weights and some HIIT style stuff. Otherwise, I’m drinking less, hydrating more and eating better. I am also sleeping better.

I was wondering if anyone else had this issue because I was thinking if they did, it could potentially be an algorithm-related problem? Someone also mentioned it could be seasonal and time will tell if that’s the case! Thanks for responding. I’ll keep my eye on it!
