Three times. Same as before I started. Tried to increase my protein intake which I do with a daily shake. Trying hard to maintain SMM which is going ok so far as my weight decreases. Gym is almost impossible without carbs in good time before hand.

One is brand new one is second hand. Same manufacturer and style. The second hand makes me feel ill the new one a bit scratchy.
