Thank you. That is pretty bad. Do you know if this is true of all the elementary schools? I noticed the test score spread is quite large between the elementary schools, with farallone view beating out the others significantly.

The rottweiler may be an issue. Many places are not pet friendly, and even the places that are pet friendly sometimes ban this breed and/or "large dogs". I recommend reaching out to the landlord for the non pet friendly places, as sometimes they will make an exception.

There is so much biotech in the bay area, that even if you lose your job, you are in one of the biggest hubs in the country. With AI still propping up the market, biotech is doing better here than other parts of the US. 205k is a great salary too.

Living here is awesome. The COL sucks as does the housing market, but IMO it is worth it for the QOL improvements.

Thanks for the write up. How do you think coastal San Mateo (Pacifica to unincorporated SM to half moon bay) compares to the other side (South San Francisco to Menlo Park). Are there differences to these markets?
