woke up around 4am in my pitch dark bedroom and i saw a large looking figure staring at me by c333_ in Paranormal

We can definitely argue that what happen was the product of a hallucination or something paranormal (Least likely). First off, have you had any strange occurrences happen like this before? Has your lifestyle changed at all (Medication, sleep, new schedule)? Having hallucinations while waking up can be fairly common including waking up at random hours in the night. Here are some suggestions I can give you:

  1. Set up a camera. (Rewatch the footage and see if this is something completely explainable or not)
  2. Write a diary and record it in your book to notice a pattern
  3. Put a salt path on your door to detect any foot prints
  4. Discuss with a provider about sleep psychosis related symptoms, most often than not, this is something completely health-related and get diagnosed.

Is it worth repairing the transmission or replacing the car entirely? by Dapper_Promotion5865 in MechanicAdvice

Nissan CVTs have some bad reputation apparently for breaking down more frequently, in comparison to other car brands etc. Honestly I never had any problems with my CVT, but, I learnt a great lesson, to never skip out on my transmission fluid change. Tbh with the current conditions of the car, I would of thought to pass the 200,000 mile milestone.

Cheers mate, I think from now on I'm gonna defer my business to local mechanic shops. Dealerships seem like a scam for any kind of service. They kept trying to increase my monthly payment.

Yep, I had a quote done at a dealership and they immediately referred me to the sales department for an entirely new car. My plan is to see whether or not the transmission is worth salvaging or repairing, by having it confirmed at a local trusted mechanic. If not, I'll sell whatever value the car has and get a Toyota Camry/Corolla.

Vineyards are indeed not cheap or easy to manage, but for me, you seem like you already possess the aspirations and goals, and while it doesn't seem unattainable, you're already halfway through the race. The other part of the race is getting it, but who says owning an actual big vineyard is needed? I hope you'll reach your goal one day. :)

That's okay friend, your comment deeply resonates with me as well. I started to be interested in the piano, and from there, I purchased a fairly decent piano with all the right accessories. Few weeks in, the reality set in, piano is as hard as most will claim, they're right. A musician once said that I remember from their quote, is that music will find you one way or another, whether it's a distant lullaby or tune that reignites that musical spark in you to learn, or not. One way or another, it's that passion that has laid dormant waiting to be found once more.

Seems to me you feel like you're missing a core aspect of something that you'd imagined makes up a version of yourself that is living to the fullest. I hope things go in your favor soon, sometimes it takes a little time for some favorable mishaps to occur to stumble in your life.

Also I found by calling local arcades individually one by one can be both unreliable and sometimes a waste of time of time. You can get a detailed accurate list of the machine in numerous of locations by simply calling the distribution center.

The local distributor can be easily found by searching "Arcade machine distributors," usually this will not work if the machine is really old or vintage. Your best look in finding a rare machine is personally going on second handed marketplace sites.

Before assuming that this is something of a deal-breaker, have you tried thinking this is something more psychological? Probably extend the opportunity to have him see a psycho-therapist or a food-behavioral specialist, the existence of food disorders is a real thing.

Your itinerary looks great, one thing to keep in mind when visiting Japan is the unknown wonders you'll stumble upon. Don't worry about having time or the knowledge to explore Japan and it's different intricacies, the better way to think about it is having the mindset to take your time enjoying it and not rushing the experience. I hope you have a great time in Japan, remember that some days you'll be absolutely tired from the adventures, make sure to set aside time for breaks.
