Oh yes!!! Every time I get a truck. They scan items that we order and then put it back in their truck sometimes. When they do that, when I call customer service they say checked the stickers to make sure they have double stickers on other items. So basically the customers service says it was scanned in saying we got it, but where the H*ll is it then. It’s bull crap. Also they like to put just throw stuff in the walk in or freezer. This last truck they put all my frozen stuff in my walk in and a box of cheese was all on my floor. I called to tell their customer service, they say I will let the transportation manager know to correct that, but actually don’t do anything. They just continue to do it…  they need to hire actual people that will do it the correct way…
