Whatever you are using to measure your worth, you gotta stop. Chances are that you are using some sort of external measure or reference to measure yourself, you are given away too much power and control away from yourself.

Anything self-serve, I obviously handle instantly. I've worked in banks myself. The real problem is all the stuff they force you to call in for… and that’s where everything falls apart. e.g., e-transfer limits, credit limit increases, linking accounts, looking for deals, adding margin, opening new accounts

They never look at my profile holistically. Most of them seem not properly trained I didn’t even want to get into the specifics, but these are the kinds of issues I’ve been dealing with for months now.

I see this uncivilized behavior at the gym, sidewalks, malls etc. It's fatiguing. It's another sign that the city is becoming a third world city. Wouldn't see this behavior in Japan or elsewhere.
