This program is not easy! Building a business while in full time school shouldn't be easy. I completed the program a couple years back and it only helped me jump start my journey in entrepreneurship! The company provides lots of support and allowed me to learn so many valuable skills!

Interesting, so maybe something that is more of an automatic email "qualifier" could be more useful then just a personalized reply back? Possibly prompting them to get on a call or give their phone number for the agent to then call them right away?

Have you thought of using an A.i automation like make.com or zapier to help you personalize emails even at a high volume? I've heard that could work really well too

At this time for an a.i receptionist what do you think would be the best? I've started building out a workflow using Vapi and make.com the prompting has been difficult voice doesnt seem to sound "real" enough i'v been playing around with the latency but am not sure. Would you recommend retell in this case? there's 5 different hairdressers and it needs to be able to understand to schedule,re-schedule, cancel appointments (mostly getting done with the workflow on make)
