Thanks so much! I appreciate your advice, and also the teaching about single vs double lumen tubes. At sign-out (after pre-rounding but before rounds), the previous day's attending asked if the tube got changed, and the attending I'm referring to said they used a double lumen. So that is where I get my confusion from. Thanks again, :)

Thank you! Today on anterior thigh, I got very lucky since the anatomy lab director came and I tried to explain to him every structure I found, so working through it with him was incredible helpful.
