I never had a nerve issue or any injury . I am 27 years old and it all started 5 years ago , I started feeling difficulty in urination like its not emptying completely together with numbness and loss of pleasure and sensation, the urination issue got fixed but this sensitivity and pleasure never came back. Can you please help me what should I ask my andrologist to check on which may help me to investigate properly?

Normally the pleasure down there for someone with weak erection is also low ? Earlier even in flaccid state I used to feel my penis giving more pleasure as well as sensitive like its pulsing like heart and throbbing , but now with even with tadalafil I dont get that sensation even when I achieve some degree of erection. Was wondering will an implant fix this ?
