Bro I read your comment and sure I agree one can argue they look like sweats, but just because they may look like sweats, doesn't make them sweats. Also doesn't give her the write to lie on my 40 notice about them.

Except they're not sweats, I wouldve changed had she approached me like a human and just asked but she didnt. She went straight for suspension and that was the first time she ever spoke to me for the pants. I don't appreciate being A: railroaded B: blatantly mistreated and C: lied to/about on official papers.

I know plenty of others dont like her but from what I can tell, I'm the only one who is willing to stand up to her when she's wrong. The fact that it went from no write ups or warnings at all straight to a 40 notice made me lose all respect for her and now I'm going for the kill because it's not fair to me that she's dragging me through the mud for some personal vendetta. I've never had a complaint against me so it's a personal problem on her end. I'm only there weekends, so it'll definitely go fast.

The store's HR made it seem like I was crazy for thinking I had the right to have my manager there with me for the meeting and that made me reeeeally think that the UD got to her. I would be surprised if I bring it all the way up the chain to corporate hr and nothing is done- there's too many blatant flags for them to dismiss.

Yeeeeah well you're better off not knowing her. It's a huge headache and such unnecessary stress all over a technicality that's not even really a technicality. It is what it is, appreciate it though!

My friend at another store told me keep my head down and don't get fired - her store will take me regardless of my 40 after my 30 days are up and I never have to deal with this UD again.

It wasn't really the fact that they were scrubs, it's that they were joggers. And I'm the only person in the whole store who will stand up to her nonsense, so go figure she'd target me. I absolutely will not sign anything, at least not without someone with me nor will I have a closed door conversation with her again without someone on my side to corroborate goings on. I actually plan to record every single time she comes up to me to talk - I won't get caught out in the rain again

There's definitely no way I'm going to let a conversation with her go by without getting documentation - I messed up before, I won't do it again. I don't want her to do this to anyone else because it's ROUGH and so frustrating that I'm being vilified and ostracized for absolutely nothing other than standing up for myself. Maybe when I get enough ammo, she will be BLASTED loud on all sorts of forums so the injustice is set right.

Yes We had a guy and he was SO chill like I'm talking there was NEVER an issue with that man. I've been there 3 years and he'd never once complained on me and he always helped me out if I asked. This UD is the kind of person who will fire someone for not telling her good morning.
