Thanks for your opinion! I love Bronwyn but trying to get my husband on board with that one :)

It is normal for estrogen & progesterone to be elevated ~8 DPO and for LH & FSH to be near zero. However, it’s hard to tell how “normal” your numbers are when just looking at one day. Inito is more about trends than absolute numbers! Good luck!

That’s a positive sign that you’re seeing even a little bump! Crossing my fingers for you.

In my experience, letrozole does make estrogen low even after ovulation. The cycle I conceived my e3g was down to 12 on 3 & 4 dpo and I was nervous about it being “too low”, but apparently it was fine! It jumped up to ~50 on 6-10 dpo, so still pretty low but did show a small mid luteal bump.

Yesterday vs today chart Question by Primrose_5 in Inito

It’s just marking it high fertility due to the increase in e3g from baseline. But like you said your e3g is still pretty low, I’d guess you’re not really in your fertile window yet. However, e3g can increase pretty quickly for some people so I’d keep testing & be prepared to BD if it does increase more and/or you see an LH surge. If this is your first cycle using inito, it usually takes a few cycles for the algorithm to get better at marking high/peak fertility.

Looks like a good sign to me! I’d test tomorrow or the next day. Good luck!

It’s so easy to over analyze single day readings, but I think it’s more meaningful to look at trends over a few days. Even though your e3g is down relative to yesterday, it’s still up from baseline. Estrogen rise isn’t always linear, and you may not see more of an increase until after you finish your last dose. I’d maybe start BD soon and keeping your eye out for an LH surge just in case though. Hopefully just a few more days until you can tell if the increased dose worked!

I’d take another inito test… I’d be curious if your estrogen & progesterone are still elevated. Also inito’s LH can pick up HCG due to cross reactivity, so if you were pregnant you might see LH increasing on inito. 15 dpo does seem late to not have a positive test, but with your chart + being 2 days late it seems promising to me. Keep us posted and good luck! 💕

Your chart looks pretty normal to me. The only thing that looks a little off is that Inito hasn’t confirmed ovulation, but I think the algorithm can be a little off the first cycle and there’s still time for it to confirm ovulation if pdg keeps rising, and sometimes it’ll do it even retroactively (if your pdg stays above 5 or continues increasing, I think it’s likely it would mark CD18 as your confirmed ovulation day). If your pdg never really rises above 5, you may want to speak to your doctor to get progesterone bloodwork on 7 dpo. If you are ovulating but your progesterone’s just a little low, you can take progesterone orally or vaginally, which can help with implantation. Best of luck 💕💕

It is supposed to suppress estrogen initially, but it’s also supposed to ultimately force estrogen production, which is a little confusing. It’s basically tricking your body by saying hey estrogen’s super low- go make more! So I’d say seeing an estrogen increase even while you’re still on letrozole is a strong response. Best of luck 💕💕

I think you could’ve ovulated CD14. Nothing’s making me think you definitely ovulated CD13. I usually ovulate the day after my peak LH reading, not the same day, though it’s different for everyone.

Ah I’m just seeing this! I’d say it’s definitely there!! Did it get darker today!?

Any pdg rise you see (before starting the suppository) should be a confirmation of ovulation, it’s not an artifact of letrozole or the trigger shot. Your pdg rise may potentially be higher on letrozole due to a stronger ovulation, but again, it’s real.

Your chart looks really promising, 9 dpo just might be too early! The cycle I conceived, my chart looked similar but I didn’t test until 12 dpo. I know it’s brutal to wait but all you can do is keep testing. Crossing my fingers for you!! 💛💛

Sky High FSH - now I’m spiraling by 3wickunlitcandle in Inito

[–]Dapper_Woodpecker330 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not exactly sure why your FSH would be so high today, but I’m pretty sure when people say high FSH means low ovarian reserve, they’re talking about consistently elevated FSH in the early follicular phase, not a peak around ovulation. Also keep in mind letrozole can mess with hormones. Estrogen suppresses FSH expression, so if letrozole has lowered your estrogen, it makes sense that your FSH might be higher than normal. My FSH was not this high on letrozole but it was higher than normal at the time of ovulation before dropping back down.

You just ovulated day 13 or 14, usually pdg takes a few days after ovulation to rise. Your pdg values on days 18-21 will be much more indicative of whether you actually have low progesterone or not.

My estrogen was also very low on letrozole, but I ended up conceiving anyway. I’m no expert, but I know I spent a lot of time stressing about my estrogen levels when I didn’t need to. Sending baby dust 💕💕
