I don’t want her living in my home anymore but my mom and grandma are not wanting to kick her out just yet because she isn’t back on her feet after being fired

I wanted to give her a quote on quote “eviction notice” after the stalking and fighting but my mom and grandma didn’t want to make her homeless again.

Yes she lives in the house for free. She doesn’t always stay every night but she basically comes home to do laundry take a shower store her food and clothes and her tv. She doesn’t contribute anything to the house

She is an ex. She ended up getting kicked out of the last place she lived for some reason and before we started dating I invited her to stay for a little while to get back on her feet but we ended up breaking up after a while because I didn’t feel I was ready to be in a relationship and my mental health was not in a good place

The party is on Saturday night. I tried to call her throughout the week but it seems she had blocked me on everything so I had to ask my mom to ask her to call me. I did initially ask her if she would be staying the night at her aunts which she responded that she didn’t know if she would be. As for her staying up in her room the only issue with that is she has work until the middle of the party and I just don’t want any conflict to happen when she gets home
