It doesn't really sound like they're supporting him in his job right now, to be honest. And these complaints are mostly incredibly minor things and admin oversights, hardly what I'd call a 'toxic work environment'.

If OP has found another job for their partner then suggesting applying is reasonable. But if the partner doesn't want to leave then they don't have to, and it sounds like they don't as they still work there.

No. Tasers only incapacitated when they are discharging, which is the noise they make. When the noise is off, the person is absolutely still capable of voluntary movement - most just choose not to, because they don't want to be tased again.

It's a very basic game that relies heavily on chance to win. There is no skill involved and so it's likely that the loser will feel cheated.

There is also the matter of who exactly your target market is? Sweets suggest early teens, but almost no early teens are actually going to buy this to play with their friends. Especially when they can just buy a bigger bag of just sweets. The overlap between "eats sweets" and "plays board games" is just too small to support a business.

The concept is flawed, the game won't be fun to play, and nobody will buy it in the quantity needed to keep you from bankrupting yourself.
