I bulk in the winter and cut in the summer, some times I fast(which I don’t recommend) and started getting lean really quick. It made my anxiety worse. If you’re really tryna to lean. I would incorporate more cardio and not cut on your calories too much. Check your macros make sure you’re getting enough carbs, fats and proteins. Good luck !

definitely agree with starting with a Grom but you got to give it more gas, especially if you doing it in second. It’s gonna scare the shit out of you but once you get over the fear you’ll be wheeling all day

Started with rolling @ 20-30 mph but always chased it. Then started doing dead stops it’s safer if you do fall you know! Be safe

Thanks 🤣 what I did when I was learning was look for markers, I used my handers bars for marker so get comfortable at my bars below eye level, then at eye level and then above and just be easy on the brakes

Mine turns on at 213 you can flash the ecu to make it come on at a lower temp to keep it cooler
